We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and carry out work you have asked us to do:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address, where you have given them to us directly.
- Correspondence — the content of messages, emails, and calls between us, kept so that we have a record of what was agreed.
- Basic site data — standard server logs generated when a browser loads this page. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and continue conversations already started.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and project work.
- To keep records required for ordinary business and tax purposes.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
SMS and mobile messaging
Where we exchange text messages with you, the terms below apply.
- How consent is given. Consent to receive text messages is given verbally during a phone call, when you provide your mobile number and agree to a text follow-up. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, and we do not text anyone we have not spoken with first.
- What we send. One-to-one messages typed and sent by a person: appointment confirmations, follow-ups to a conversation already had, and answers to questions you have asked. We do not send automated, scheduled, or bulk messages.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. There is no recurring or scheduled message programme.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stopping messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resume.
- Getting help. Reply HELP at any time, or use the contact details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only where one of the following applies:
- With service providers who act on our behalf and are bound to use the information only for that purpose.
- Where we are required to by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority.
- With your explicit instruction or permission.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law afterwards. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your choices
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
